???? در این کارگاه طریق صحیح شکلگیری تیم، روشهای هدایت و راهبری، تعریف کارتیمی و نحوه تعامل و مذاکره اعضای تیم، نحوه شناسایی و انتخاب شریک مناسب و همچنین نحوه مدیریت کارآمد معرفی گردید.
