The 21st meeting of the series of specialized meetings in the field of crisis management with the topic “Analysis of dust and dust storm risk” was held on Monday, June 2, 1401 by the Natural Disasters Research Institute and the UNESCO Chair in Natural Disaster Management.

In this meeting, Dr. Mohammad Hasan Nami, head of the country’s crisis management organization, Dr. Akhund Ali, head of Shahid Chamran University, Ahvaz, Dr. Mehri Akbari, associate professor of hydrology and meteorology at Khawarzmi University, Dr. Ali Darvishi Belorani, a member of the faculty of Tehran University, engineer Mojtabi Yousefi, representative of the people of Khuzestan (Ahvaz, Bavi) , Hamidieh and Karun) in the Islamic Council, Dr. Yahya Ebrahimi, representative of the people of Lorestan (Salsele and Delfan) and member of the Health Commission of the Islamic Council, and Dr. Sarwar, a member of the academic staff of the University of Science and Research, gave a speech.

On the sidelines of this meeting, Dr. Nami, the head of the country’s crisis management organization, together with other speakers and companions, attended the building of the research institute and the growth and innovation center for natural disasters, while getting to know the technological units, visited their activities, products and achievements.
